Is it possible to integrate WEG Motor Scan with other monitoring platforms?

This option is possible through contact with the sales team.

If the data is transmitted via Bluetooth, do I need a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth router near the WEG Motor Scan, or should I implement a data collection route using a smartphone?

The user can choose to collect data with the app using a smartphone or tablet; in this case, through a collection route or automatically through the WEG Motor Scan gateway (sold separately). The gateway connects to the sensor via Bluetooth and can send data to the WEG Motion Fleet Management software through a connection via Ethernet cable, Wi-Fi or 4G modem (via USB, not sold by WEG).

To reinforce reliability, what means are used as data protection in the WEG Motion Fleet Management software and in the WEG Motor Scan (such as portal security)? What technologies are used? How is cybersecurity approached?

Our cloud partner is compliant and certified to standards ISO 27001; ISO 27017; ISO 27018; ISO 22301; ISO 31000; SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3; PCI; HITRUST; ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 50001 and OHSAS 1800; EU Model Clauses; FERPA; Cloud Computing Compliance Controls Catalog (C5) (Germany) and others. The WEG Motor Scan sensor can be synchronized with the gateway at approximately 30 meters. This is just a reference value, which may vary depending on the environment where the WEG Motor Scan and gateway are installed.
