What is the surface preparation?
The primer to which W-Acqua will be applied must be sanded with a 400-grit sandpaper and finished with a sandpaper with 600/800 grit.
What precautions should I take when preparing the cabin?
Basic cabin maintenance care must be carried out, and ensure that the airline used in the application must be free of contaminants, such as oils.
What PPE's are needed?
PPE must be used such as an apron, protective glasses, gloves, mask with filter, as described in the material's SDS.
Is it necessary to shake the bases before preparing the color?
Yes, it is necessary to carry out 3 to 6 cycles of homogenization in a Shake-type manner.
Is it true that I use less water-based paint than solvent-based paint to paint the same area of a surface?
Yes, the W-Acqua line has greater yield and coverage when compared to a traditional solvent-based system, so it will be necessary to use less paint in its application.
