Welche ist die größte zugelasse Entfernung um die Mobilen-App mit WEG Motor Scan zu synchronisieren?

Der WEG Motor Scan kann in einem Abstand bis ca. 10 m mit der Mobilen-App synchronisiert werden. Dies ist nur ein Referenzwert und kann der Abstand kann sich abhängig vom Smartphone-Typ und der Umgebung der Installation des Motors ändern.

Muss Ihr Smartphone bei der Synchronisierung mit dem WEG Motor Scan einen Internetzugang haben?

Nein. Die App des WEG Motor Scan wurde für den Betrieb in Umgebungen ohne Internetzugang entwickelt. Messungen, die das Smartphone zum Zeitpunkt der Synchronisation mit dem Sensor erfasst, werden auf dem Smartphone gespeichert und an die IoT WEG-Platform gesendet, sobald das Mobilgerät Zugang zum Internet hat.

Wie kann ich den Standort des WEG Motor Scan aktualisieren?

Mit der Mobilen App-WEG Motor Scan können Sie den Sensorstandort aktualisieren. Die Option "Update Location" steht nach der Synchronisation mit dem Sensor in der Registerkarte "Others" zur Verfügung. Der an WEG IoT Plattform gesendete Standort entspricht der GPS-Information des Smartphones. In dem Sensor ist kein Ortungsgerät installiert.
