Atlanta, GA – For the second year in a row WEG Mexico is ranked by CNN Expansión Magazine as a Super Company for 2014. The company ranked 27th out of 148 finalists taken from the 537 companies that were evaluated. A greater achievement however is that, WEG Mexico moved up 22 positions to this year’s ranking. This ranking is based on evaluating 16 elements of human resources development; working conditions, leadership, satisfaction, communication, motivation, justice, wages and incentives.

For seven years, the CNN Epansión list of ‘places where people want to work’ has measured best practices in human resources for companies operating in Mexico. CNN states that good management of human capital is the mark of a company that cares about their employees, and is the hallmark of the 148 companies selected.

Among the top winners, along with WEG Mexico were McDonalds, Unilever, Proctor and Gamble, PepsiCo and General Motors, to name a few.
