From May 19 to 23, WEG Portugal held its Occupational Health and Safety Week, an initiative aligned with the company's global values and a clear demonstration of its ongoing commitment to risk prevention and the well-being of its People.

The program featured a series of interactive activities that encouraged active participation from employees. One of the highlights was the "Safety in Action" board game, developed especially for the event. With questions related to occupational health and safety, the activity promoted learning in a fun, collaborative way, while strengthening team spirit.

Another standout activity was the peddy paper, held throughout various areas of the Industrial Park. It encouraged participants to explore different spaces within the company while tackling practical questions about workplace safety.

More than just a series of events, the Occupational Health and Safety Week was a true immersion in WEG's culture of prevention and shared responsibility — essential pillars of the company's operations in Portugal and around the world.
