Paulo Leonardo da Silva Sinoti holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sociedade Educacional de Santa Catarina (SOCIESC) and postgraduated degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

With more than 35 years of experience, he served as General Director of WEG’s Industrial Operations in Sertãozinho, São Paulo.

Currently, he’s responsible for developing WEG’s service business globally, as well as its Energy businesses.
