The mobile app shows two options, IoT Portal and Motion Fleet Management. Which one should I select?
The Motion Fleet Management (MFM) is the new software for monitoring assets (motors, variable speed drives, gearboxes, among others) that WEG offers its customers. New customers must be registered on the MFM. If you are already a user of the IoT Portal, this option must be selected.
The motor dashboard does not display the frequency spectrum graph (FFT). What should I do?
The mobile app makes the FFT measurements. The customer must get close to the sensor and use the cell phone to make this measurement. Subsequently, the data will be sent via cell phone to the MFM software.
On the MFM page, after registering the motor, no data is displayed. What should I do?
For the data to be available on the MFM, a subscription plan must be associated with the motor. If you do not have one, contact a WEG sales representative in your region.

Como eu dou permissão para outras pessoas enxergarem minha planta?
É necessário ser administrador da planta para conceder acesso a outras pessoas. É possível fazer isso a partir do painel “Minhas Plantas” e clicando no botão “Mais” da planta que você deseja compartilhar. Clique em “Gerenciamento de Usuários”, adicione o e-mail de quem você deseja adicionar e escolha o tipo de acesso a ser concedido.
