5. REGISTRATION DATA
The User acknowledges that, from their registration on the Platform, their information will become part of a database, and the User may receive information and content (new features). If the User is not interested in receiving informational content, they have the right to express their opposition, if such decision is communicated through the channel "Reach Us".
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WEG makes its best efforts to keep this site continuously available. However, access may be temporarily interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time for technical, operational, scheduled maintenance reasons, at WEG's sole discretion, or due to a Force Majeure event. In such cases, WEG will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the unavailability of the site.
7. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
By opting to purchase through WEG's Platform, the User will be subject to the signed terms, being compelled to respect the payment and/or termination and/or withdrawal conditions, in accordance with the law, as well as tacitly agreeing to the respective Terms of Use of the company's Platform.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Content made available on this Platform, including but not limited to information, materials, images, texts, digital files, technologies, software, distinctive signs, and other intangible assets, is protected by copyright, software legislation, and other intellectual property norms, being the exclusive property of WEG.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of this content by the User constitutes a legal violation and may lead to the adoption of appropriate legal measures, without prejudice to the civil and/or criminal liability of the infringer.
9. CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE SITE
The User may submit suggestions and comments to the site. By submitting any contribution to the Site (including texts, photographs, illustrations, videos, audio files, and other materials), the User authorizes the Platform to use the content free of charge, in any manner, by any means, for publication, reproduction, transmission, retransmission, distribution, public communication, editing, adaptation, and other transformations, translated into any language.
If you do not agree to authorize the Platform to use your contribution as mentioned above, you should not submit any material to the Platform.
User contributions must not contain violations of copyrights or personality rights of third parties, nor indicate abusive, offensive conduct, contrary to good morals, law, and public order.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in the country where the WEG unit responsible for the relationship with the user is located. The jurisdiction of the corresponding district of that unit is elected, excluding any other, regardless of how privileged it may be, to resolve any controversies arising from the use of this site.
