Developed to connect inverters, soft-starts and intelligent low voltage relays to the WEG Motion Fleet Management, the WEGscan 1000 periodically collects and transmits important data from the drives, enabling monitoring to be carried out at any time and from anywhere in the world.
Description
The WEGscan 1000 is yet another high reliability and
maximum connectivity solution, fully prepared for the arrival
of Industry 4.0, which will transform the way industry
produce and manage. Developed to connect low voltage VFDs and
Soft Starters to the WEG Motion Fleet Management, the WEGscan
1000 periodically collects and transmits important data from
the drives, allowing monitoring to be carried out at any time
and from anywhere in the world.
Using the WEGscan 1000 and the WEG Motion Fleet Management,
it is possible to access and monitor drives that are applied
in any type of industry or installation, increasing the
performance and availability of equipment on the factory
floor.

How it works
Low voltage drives information is collected by the respective WEGscan 1000, via Ethernet cable or serial communication and sent to the platform via Wi-Fi, Ethernet cable or mobile data networks. The data captured by WEGscan 1000 will be available in WEG Motion Fleet Management and can be accessed from anywhere, whenever an internet connection and a subscription plan to the system are available.
