Developed to bring more practicality and agility in the operation, maintenance and management of industrial transformers, WEG Transformer Fleet Management is the ideal solution to monitor and increase the availability of the dry and oil transformer fleet in industry and in other applications.
The monitoring of the assets is accomplished through WEG Industrial Transformer Scan, which, coupled to your transformer, collects different kinds of data, such as temperature, current and voltage. Such data is automatically made available on the WEG Transformer Fleet Management platform, which can be accessed via Wi-Fi, EtherNet/IP or 4G connection.
The WEG Industrial Transformer Specialist module conducts advanced analyses of such data using machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms, bringing WEG expertise for your transformer diagnostics. The analysis algorithms identify and interpret patterns and deviations in the transformer operation, which generates operation diagnostics and classifies the risk of the transformer fleet, maximizing the delivery of value to the maintenance teams.
This solution optimizes the management of shutdowns for preventive maintenance, prioritizing the most critical transformers, in addition to identifying and sending alarms in the event of faults related to secondary overvoltage or overheating. The diagnostics are performed autonomously, allowing the user to perform maintenance jobs quickly and in line with the operating condition of the assets.
Maintenance based on asset condition
Data-based decisions
Operational cost optimization
Secure and smart management
WEG Transformer Fleet Management allows you to know the operating status of oil and dry-type transformers, used in the industry, buildings, wind and solar power generation farms, and other renewable energy sources. Thus, you can establish predictive maintenance plans, observing the operating condition of the fleet (condition-based maintenance). This approach reduces unplanned downtime, optimizes repair jobs and speeds up the decision making of the operation and maintenance team. The end result is noticed in the increased availability and reduced operating costs (TCO, Total Cost of Ownership) of the transformer fleet.
