Confira alguns desses produtos inovadores para ficar por dentro do mercado e at\u00e9 cogitar incorpor\u00e1-los nos seus projetos.<\/p>\n<h3>Concreto inteligente<\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e3o d\u00e1 para negar que se o concreto fosse uma subst\u00e2ncia mais resistente, aumentaria n\u00e3o apenas a seguran\u00e7a de edifica\u00e7\u00f5es, mas tamb\u00e9m reduziria os impactos ambientais gerados pela fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o do produto.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, um professor de engenharia qu\u00edmica da Universidade de Rhode Island criou um novo tipo de concreto, capaz de vedar suas pr\u00f3prias rachaduras. Apesar de ser uma cer\u00e2mica, \u00e9 bem mais resistente do que qualquer tipo de vidro, inclusive o blindado. Esse \u00e9 um material extremamente leve, apesar de sua resist\u00eancia, o que \u00e9 super vantajoso para o mercado de constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil.<\/p>\n<h3>Vidro solar<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1193\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weg.net\/weghome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/mercado-da-construcao-civil-3-1.png\" alt=\"mercado-da-constru\u00e7\u00e3o-civil\" width=\"900\" height=\"406\"><\/p>\n<p>Recentemente, um grupo de pesquisadores dos EUA criou um vidro que transforma energia solar em el\u00e9trica. Revestido por um l\u00edquido semicondutor ele cont\u00e9m diversos compostos qu\u00edmicos, como c\u00e9sio e iodeto de chumbo.<\/p>\n<p>Em temperatura ambiente, ele \u00e9 transparente e permite a passagem de 82% da luz. Mas quando aquecido, assume uma colora\u00e7\u00e3o alaranjada e se torna mais opaco, deixando passar apenas 35% da luz.<\/p>\n<p>Por conta disso ele diminui o consumo de energia em ambientes revestidos com o novo vidro. No entanto, s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 um material vi\u00e1vel quando converter 10% do calor em energia el\u00e9trica. Esse composto, quando exposto a luz solar, serve como um catalisador. Para auxiliar na capta\u00e7\u00e3o da luz, um composto chamado de di\u00f3xido de tit\u00e2nio, pigmento branco que j\u00e1 \u00e9 utilizado em pinturas, permite que uma parede pintada \u00e0 base dessa tinta solar possa se transformar em uma mini geradora de energia limpa e renov\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concreto perme\u00e1vel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1195\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weg.net\/weghome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/mercado-da-construcao-civil-5.png\" alt=\"mercado-da-constru\u00e7\u00e3o-civil\" width=\"900\" height=\"406\"><\/p>\n<p>Esse material vem sendo adotado para atender ao que as legisla\u00e7\u00f5es municipais pedem em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o e permeabilidade na pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de terrenos. Isso porque, o concreto perme\u00e1vel permite que a \u00e1gua das chuvas passe atrav\u00e9s dele e seja armazenada nas camadas inferiores, at\u00e9 ser conduzida ao len\u00e7ol fre\u00e1tico por meio do subleito ou ent\u00e3o levada ao sistema de drenagem da cidade. Sem perder espa\u00e7o de pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, cria-se uma \u00e1rea pronta para absorver precipita\u00e7\u00f5es, evitando enchentes e realimentando o aqu\u00edfero
