Rodrigo Fumo

Managing Director of WEG Industrial Motors

Rodrigo Fumo is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Postgraduate in Lean Manufacturing, with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He has executive and technological training at WEG and the Steinbeiss Institute. He also participated in the Executive Program for Growing Companies at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in California; and the Singularity University Executive Program – Exponential Technologies.

At WEG since 2002, he has extensive experience in industrial processes, engineering and new product development, having worked in China, Austria and the United States. In April 2024, the executive took over his current position of Managing Director of WEG Industrial Motors.
