WEG attended for the 3rd. time Elecrama, the major event of Asia and the eastern world in Mundai, India. With 50 thousand square meters exposition area, the fair took place this year from January 18th to 22nd and received over 100,000 visitors.

"India has dozens of local manufacturers with well-prepared engineers and countless medium and high level engineering schools. An event like this one enables us to get to know our competitors better, tighten our contacts with customers and show Asia WEG products technology and production capabilities", says Carlos Grillo, Engineering Manager of Synchronous Machines, who presented a hydrogenerator case at Elroma - the conference on giant electrical machines that takes place at the same time at Elecrama.

With almost 30,000 visitors more than the last edition, Elecrama keeps breaking records since it was founded in 1990, and is also generating excellent business opportunities for those who participate.
