Carlos José Bastos Grillo is graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG), and postgraduate in Production Engineering from the Universidade São Judas Tadeu/SP and he has in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

At WEG since 1997, the executive has extensive experience in products, industrial processes, engineering and software development.
