On October 2nd and 3rd, WEG held the 12th edition of WEG Day, its annual event for investors and market analysts, directly from Jaraguá do Sul (SC). In a hybrid format, the meeting was broadcast live on YouTube and gathered 65 in-person participants and more than 1,800 online viewers.

During the event, guests had the opportunity to interact with the company’s main executives and take part in a tour of WEG’s operations, getting a close look at the technological and industrial advancements that support the company’s strategy.

The program included strategic presentations on topics such as electric mobility, grid reliability, and modernization. Discussions highlighted how WEG is prepared to meet the growing demands for electrification and robust energy infrastructure, especially in light of the rapid expansion of electric vehicles and data centers.

Throughout the presentations, the company’s spokespersons also emphasized how the energy transition is connected to WEG’s business strategy and global sustainability goals, such as reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 52% by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. In 2025, the company had its short-term targets approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), including actions to mitigate scope 3 emissions related to its value chain and products.
