WEG is the new official supplier of charging stations for DS Automobiles's electric vehicles in Argentina, which is one of the Stellantis Group brands.

In addition to providing the WEMOB Parking design station in all DS exclusive dealerships in the country, the agreement will also benefit customers who purchase the new hybrid plug-in SUV model, the DS 7 Crossback E-Tense.

Designed to offer practical utilization to people, allowing indoors or outdoors installations, in garages or parking lots, the WEMOB (WEG Electric Mobility) line counts on a modern and compact design.

With the 7.4kW WALL type, the DS7 Crossback E-Tense can be fully recharged in two hours. It is ideal for homes and condominiums, featuring single-phase and two-phase networks installation, Wi-Fi connectivity, remote updating (Over-The-Air), signaling LEDs, access control by TAGs, EV Drivers application, energy and power control for simultaneous charging of several electric vehicles through the WEMOB Smart Charging System.

The PARKING type up to 22kW adds more power and connectivity with Wi-Fi, cable Ethernet and 4G LTE mobile networks, ensuring even faster recharge, being ideal for parking lots with shared spaces in condominiums, companies, shops, hotels, shopping malls, and fleet owners that count on three-phase power supply networks.

“The supply of electrified vehicles has been growing all over the world. That is why WEG has been investing in innovative technologies to serve markets globally. Our charging solutions not only meet the technical specifications that the segment requires, but also offer quick charging and safety to users”, says Manfred Peter Johann, Managing Director of WEG Automation Business Unit.
