Eduardo de Nobrega is graduated in Mechanical Industrial Engineering from Universidade Braz Cubas (UBC), is a Technician in Mechanics and has a specialization in General Administration from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU).

At WEG since 2010, Eduardo de Nobrega has worked as Manager, Industrial Director, and Managing Director of the Energy Business Unit, until he took over the position of Director of WEG China, being responsible for the company's operations in the country.

His career includes experiences as a Director of Operations at Alstom Hydro Energia Brasil and Industrial Director at Gevisa S.A.
