I am not a customer registered on the IoT Portal (I do not have an active subscription), and thus I do not have active sensors (I do not have scans sending data to the IoT Portal); however, I bought a scan at a dealer with the subscription (to the IoT Portal) included in the price of the sensor. In this case, how should I proceed to use my scan?

WEG Scans purchased from dealers with a subscription included (WEG code 14445601) can be added to and registered in the Motion Fleet Management.

For WEG Scans sold by WEG (code 15521739) after 06/23/2020, a subscription must be purchased to make the data available on the MFM. Such subscription can be purchased through a WEG sales representative.

I purchased a “WEG Motor Scan” device before June 23 (with the subscription fee (to the IoT Portal) included in the price of the sensor), but I have not activated it on the IoT Portal yet. In this case, how should I proceed to use and activate this scan?

New customers must register on the website http://mfm.wnology.io. Sensors (code 15521739) sold by WEG after 06/23/2020 do not have a subscription. For sensors purchased after this date (WEG code 15521739), a subscription plan must be purchased to view the data on the MFM.

For customers already registered on the IoT Portal, the sensor registration remains the same.

I purchased a "WEG Motor Scan" device after June 23, and I still have not activated it on the MFM. In this case, how should I proceed?

Sensors (code 15521739) sold by WEG after 06/23/2020 do not have a built-in subscription. The customer must purchase a subscription plan to be able to use the MFM. For this purchase, contact a WEG sales representative in your region.

I have a Management and Specialist subscription; how do I transfer MFM information to my platform?

To integrate the MFM with other platforms, the Exchange plan must be purchased. Contact a WEG sales representative to purchase it.
