Daniel Marteleto Godinho

Sustainability and Institutional Relations Director

Daniel is graduated in Law from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) and International Relations from the Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC-Minas), with MBA in Foreign Trade. Additionally, he has a Master Degree in International Law and Economy from the Trade Institute. And he’s also graduate in an MBA in Business Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

In his career, Daniel has been engaged in top level foreign trade negotiations with both government and private sectors in several countries, where he held for a certain period the position of Foreign Trade Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Foreign Trade Development of Brazil. Before joining the WEG Group, Godinho also worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

At WEG since 2017, he holds the position of Sustainability and Institutional Relations Director.
