A reference in egg production in the municipality of Bastos/SP since 1947, Ueyama Farm launched a project focused on energy efficiency and improving thermal comfort in its poultry houses. This initiative is part of the company’s strategic movement to modernize its processes by adopting more efficient and sustainable solutions. 

High efficiency and integrated innovation 

Focusing on the automated ventilation of the facilities, WEG supplied 30 motors from the W30 Smart EC line, which were installed in one of the poultry house sheds. The replacement of old, low-efficiency equipment was carried out with motors featuring integrated drives. After a few months of operation, on-site measurements confirmed the effectiveness of the adopted solution: 48.6% energy savings. 

Outstanding results in performance and sustainability 

In addition to energy savings, the solution also has a positive environmental impact, with an estimated reduction of 1 ton of CO₂ per year. The implementation also led to improvements in water distribution, which became more uniform, expanding the coverage area and significantly reducing waste.
