E-Houses in der Bergbauindustrie

WEG E-Houses in Containerbauweise sind modular ausgeführt und bieten dadurch hohe Flexibilität für eine große Bandbreite an Anwendungsmöglichkeiten.

Das E-House vereint die elektrischen Komponenten und das Steuerungssystem von Aufbereitungsanlagen im Bergbau auf einer Plattform. Dadurch werden keine teuren, dauerhaft aufgebauten Konstruktionen mehr benötigt. Unsere kundenspezifischen Lösungen erfüllen bzw. übertreffen sogar die besonderen Anforderungen der Bergbauindustrie hinsichtlich geologischer Vibrationen oder Wind- und Feuerbeständigkeit.

Sekundäre Umspannstation

Traditionelle Gebäude aus Beton können ersetzt und dadurch Raum und Zeit beim Aufbau eingespart werden.
Doppelwände aus Grobblech (1,5-2 mm) bieten höhere Belastbarkeit und Stabilität.
Hochqualitative Wärmeisolation gewährleistet den effizienten Betrieb der Klimaanlage.
Kann direkt auf eine Fördermaschine montiert werden (Stapler, Aufnahmegeräte, Löffelbagger)

Mobile E-Houses in Containerbauweise, ausgestattet mit Rädern und Öl- oder Trockentransformatoren
Besonderes Design für den Untertagbau mit spezieller Beschichtung für feuchte Umgebungen und hohe Erz- und Staubkonzentration
Frequenzumrichter und Softstarter können für den Betrieb von Lüftern, Pumpen, Brechmaschinen und Förderanlagen angeschlossen werden.
Erhöhte Schutzart für alle Schaltschränke

Semi-mobile E-Houses in Containerbauweise

Semi-mobil: es ist kein Kran für das Anheben der Einheit nötig, da die Räume mit mechanischen, hydraulischen oder pneumatischen Hebeeinrichtungen bewegt werden können
Montage direkt auf dem Boden, es ist kein Fundament notwendig
Onboard transformer, dry or oil cooling type;
Spezielle WEG Schutzlackierung für anspruchsvolle Umgebungsbedingungen
Die Elektroräume können mit Brandschutz- und Zugangskontrollsystemen, Überwachungskameras und USV-Anlagen ausgestattet werden.
