WEG successfully carried out the emergency repair of two industrial motors for a leading cement manufacturer in the construction sector, ensuring the operational continuity of a ball mill that is essential to the production process. 

The project was executed within a highly reduced timeframe, focusing on the fast recovery of the equipment and minimizing the impact on the customer's operations. The scope included the factory repair of a slip ring induction motor (frame size 710), responsible for driving the ball mill, and a squirrel cage induction motor (frame size 560), used in the plant's cooling system. 

The repaired motors were delivered directly to the customer's site in just 9 and 6 calendar days, respectively, demonstrating WEG's agility, responsiveness, and service infrastructure in critical situations.
