Julio Cesar Ramires

Vice President of Commercial Motors and Appliance

Julio Cesar Ramires holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC), a specialization in Management Practices, and also participated in the Executive Development Program (EDP) from Kellogg School.

At WEG since 1986, he built a consolidated career both nationally and internationally. In 1993 he was expatriated to the the United States, where he held the position as area manager. He also held the position of managing director in Colombia, Venezuela, and Mexico. Back in Brazil, the executive took over the position of director of new business and international sales at the Motors Business Unit.

Currently, the executive holds the position of Vice President of Commercial and Appliance Motors, the business unit responsible for motors used in the durable consumer goods and commercial segments.
