High Complexity Refinery in the Northeast
Location: Ipojuca - PE, Brazil
Located in a coastal region with an industrial and saline atmosphere of extreme aggressiveness (C5), the unit required an ultra-performance coating system to ensure the integrity of critical assets. The project encompassed the challenge of protecting everything from areas subjected to salt spray to the interior of equipment in contact with crude oil, corrosive derivatives, and formation water systems.

Largest Natural Gas Processing Unit (UPGN)

The project demanded continuous logistics and specialized technical support to supply a record volume of over 400 thousand liters of coatings. The focus was to ensure long-lasting protection against severe corrosion and weathering, minimizing future maintenance downtime on continuous operation equipment.
