Rodrigo Fumo

Vice President of Industrial Motors

Rodrigo Fumo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), a postgraduate degree in Lean Manufacturing, and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He has executive and technological training at WEG and the Steinbeiss Institute. He also participated in the Executive Program for Growing Companies at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in California, USA; and the Singularity University Executive Program – Exponential Technologies.

At WEG since 2002, he has extensive experience in industrial processes, engineering and new product development, having worked in China, Austria and the United States. In April 2024, the executive took over his current position of Industrial Motors Vice President.
