Aiming at continuous improvement, technology updating, standards and functionalities, WEG informs that the HGF motor line in frame sizes IEC 315 to 450 (NEMA 5006/7/8T to 7006/10T), manufactured by WEG Motors, had its discontinuation approved. Parts for replacement or spare parts, as well as repair services via Technical Assistance, will continue to be available and being offered during the next 10 years.
Its successor W51 HD motor line, has a fully integrated platform. Customizable and easy to install and apply in the most diverse segments, W51 HD also has an exclusive cooling system that efficiently dissipates heat, prevents overheating and delivers higher power output density.
