National Account Manager


The National Account Manager develops and implements, with Management approval, a business plan to increase WEG product sales and market share for specific industries. This includes the following activities:

  • Primarily focus on niche end users to help grow sales of all WEG product lines, including aftermarket service
  • Conduct the necessary work to get these products and services on Approved Vendor Lists
  • Work with engineering firms to develop long-term successful partnerships
  • Coordinate efforts, as appropriate, with other segments of the WEG sales force

WEG is seeking a candidate for the Chemical industry. The ideal locations include East Texas, Louisiana or Oklahoma.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Working knowledge of the specific target industry
  • At least 5 years of directly relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships and offer solutions to customers

Territory Sales Specialist


Performs pre-order functions to support customers and outside sales personnel with a focus on professional teamwork while striving to deliver excellent customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Supports TAM’s and customers by providing information on WEG products to accomplish company goals.
  • Receives (via phone, fax, or email) customer requests.
  • Evaluates and processes customer inquiries to provide pricing, stock availability, and/or necessary modification or engineering requirements.
  • Performs proactive follow-up on issued quotes.
  • Processes orders received (via phone, fax, or email), verifying all information to support order accuracy and on time delivery.
  • Provides support to successfully complete all open order activity.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned by the management team.


  • Associate's degree in a relevant field (electrical, mechanical or related)
  • 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid communication skills
  • Customer service or related experience is highly desirable
