07/24/2012 – Notice to Shareholders – Payment of Dividends
We inform that WEG S.A. board of directors, at the meeting held today decided to declare dividends of R$ 62,040,501.00, corresponding to R$ 0.10 per share, to the shareholders of record in this date, “ad referendum” of the general shareholder’s meeting. From July 25th, 2012 onwards, the shares will trade as “ex-dividends”.
The payment of dividends will begin on August 15th, 2012.
