We are refiling the document “Manual de participação do acionista”, with Management Proposals’ for the Extraordinary and Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting that will take place next 24 of April. The new version of the document brings clarifications to information previously presented, in accordance to CVM Instruction number 481/09, article 12 (including itens 13.2, 13.3, 13.4, 13.6, 13.7, 13.9 and 13.15 of “Formulário de Referencia”).
