Data of the participant of the course:

• Full name;
• Date of Birth;
• Identity Card No;
• School background;
• Position in the company;
• Complete residential address (Street / Number /District / ZIP Code / City / State / Country).

Data of the chosen course:

• Code and name of course;
• Period (according to course schedule).

Data of person to contact for confirmation:

• Full name;
• Department;
• Telephone / Fax / E-mail.

How you knew of our training courses:

• From the company where you work;
• Indicated by a friend;
• Internet;
• WEG Newsletters;
• Through a WEG Distributor.

In up to 03 (three) work days after receiving the pre-application requirement, WEG will send an e-mail to confirm receipt.

The definitive confirmation of the training course and the approval of the candidate will be displayed on the link information.
