Payback - VFD Calculator

The energy saving calculation results from a comparison between conventional flow and pressure control with variable speed pumps or fans (i.e. with Variable Frequency Drives).

Note: The flow rate varies with the rotation, and pressure with the square of the rotation, this means that in 70% of the rotation pressure will have a theoretical value of 50% nominal pressure.
